ACCESSING YOUR UNIT

Your unit is ready for use. As you enter the storage facility you can locate your unit by its number. You will want to secure your belongings with your own padlock of your choice. We recommend using a Disc Lock.

RENT DUE DATE

Rent is always due by the 1st day of the month. A late fee of $25 will be assessed if rent isn’t received by the 1st of each month.

HOW TO PAY RENT

Pay using ACH, Debit Card, or Credit Card by logging into your Online Account at www.firstplacestoragepi.com

HOW TO LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT ON OUR WEBSITE

Go to: www.firstplacestoragepi.com and click on the “Make a Payment/Login” button in the menu at the top. Then enter your username/password. Use your online account to view your storage agreement, view payment history, rent an additional unit, and edit your billing account information.

MOVING OUT

Tenant must give a 30 day notice prior to moving out. Rent will be pro-rated the next month as of your notice date. In order to avoid being charged for the full next month, both of the following conditions must be met: By 5pm on your last day, you must be completely moved out with your unit clean and swept.
